淄柴L230系列雙燃料發(fā)動機是在L230柴油機的基礎上，根據(jù)氣體燃料的要求設計的新型油氣雙電控LNG柴油雙燃料發(fā)動機，采用油氣雙電控關鍵技術，采用改變了傳統(tǒng)雙燃料機以純柴油模式為主，摻燒雙燃料為輔的工作模式，可分別在純柴油模式或雙燃料模式獨立工作。采用電控供油方式，以電子控制單元（ECU）同時控制調(diào)節(jié)柴油噴射和天然氣噴射，實現(xiàn)了純柴油模式全負荷點的map標定，優(yōu)化了不同負荷下的柴油燃燒，實現(xiàn)了雙燃料模式燃油和燃氣供給時刻及供給量可調(diào)，優(yōu)化了發(fā)動機全工況的燃燒。油氣雙控雙燃料發(fā)動機綜合替代率提高至80%以上，替代率可達到90%。船舶常用工況多為低速大扭矩，雙燃料模式下能夠滿足低負荷加氣需求，低負荷工況下10%負荷點可以進入雙燃料模式，替代率40%以上；排放指標滿足GB15097-2016《船舶發(fā)動機排氣污染物排放限制及測量方法（第一、二階段）》標準規(guī)范的第二階段要求。
